Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club#8-304 is an excellent addition to Knutson & Associates! We're proud to represent this unique property within the development that has 4 separated sleeping areas! This top floor gem can be considered a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property.
Unit#8-304 is a corner unit, so there's extended lanai space with a Screened in Lanai featuring high vaulted ceilings & multiple relaxation areas. It's extremely private & has the feeling of being in a tropical forest. Large trees engulf the east side of the development keeping the unit having cooler temperatures from additional shade than other ones in the complex.
The main floor has a large open floor plan, featuring a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen! New countertops, cabinets, back splash!
The main floor also has the living area, lanai, & Master Back Bedroom. Enjoy use of a full bathroom too that's off of the master bedroom that has it's own King Sized Bed.
You'll find another bedroom that has disappearing walls that are shoji doors which separate the bedroom from the Living Room. Queen Sized Bed here! Next to that is another bathroom with a walk in shower and a stacked Washer/Dryer in that bathroom. This bedroom opens directly onto the Lanai!
Upstairs in the Loft you'll find immediately on the landing a Queen Sized Bed for the 3rd sleeping area. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower separating this sleeping area from the 4th sleeping area with 2 twin sized beds!! A truly unique 4 bedroom property.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Was a little set back from the idea of not having an AC but to my surprise this was not a problem. With all the openness of the home and the natural breeze we actually covered up at night , I hope to be able to come back and Visit KONA an if we do I would love to be able to stay here again,,, from all of us from ALABAMA THANKS for sharing your home with us we highly recommend this unit

We loved the rental - it was very spacious and had room for everyone. Beautiful location and easy to find. Just wish it had air conditioning - but with the windows open there was a nice breeze. And wish had elevator since we were on the 3rd floor (my 84 year mother was with us) -- but we survived since we would go out all day and come back in the evening. Would stay here again!!!

The facilities were beautiful!. condo itself was comfortable, clean and nice. A little older but super clean and loved it. There was snorkel gear a boogie board and beach towels to use as well as a cooler. we left tennis rackets for use and another boogie board! the only thing odd to me was that I never an office person. All communication was via VRBO, email or text. that being said, responses were quick, efficient and helpful! check in and out was easy and efficient. We did get to talk with one of the grounds keepers for a brief minute. He was very kind, pleasant and had a lot of helpful information for us-him and a neighbor helped us figure out how to open a coconut:) Overall a great experience. I guess I am just a little old fashioned and enjoy person to person communication. It would be nice to have a place to hold luggage when you have a late flight. There is an app you can use for a facility but it is rather expensive

Great place, Great location and clean but no air conditioning made the stay almost miserable at times for me and completely miserable for some of my family that are not used to being in the heat.
