Staff are really friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job of restocking everything daily so we never ran out of great coffee (the sure way to my heart). The apartment was huge, fantastic if you're there for a few days and want some space to relax in between seeing the amazing sights in Prague. The location was fabulous with the Karlov Most 5 minutes down the street and Prague Castle about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, with it only taking that long because I'm a bit unfit. The tram stop is just 2 mins away so really easy access to public transport should you need it.
The bathroom and kitchen are a little tired, but this wasn't a detraction for us, as it all has ensuring you need and is well maintained and scrupulously clean. Be aware the step out of the shower over bath is big, so if you are not steady on your feet you may need to request a different apartment

Great location. Close to everything. Apartment as listed.
Upstairs of the two stories was steep and difficult to carry heavy suitcases. Otherwise well appointed.
