The place is very good value
There is no longer a “real” person here to greet you. It is all digitally operated. For me that is a bit of a nightmare. The online staff tried their best but the whole system is somewhat stressful. It is a real shame because it truly is a gem of a place. I think if there was a real person there, it would be worth a lot more to a peregrino.

Centrally located in old town, clean bathrooms
Most overpriced hostel room I have ever stayed in. There is no staff on-site so if there are problems you have to call some number and wait for someone to get back to you. Someone was in the bed I was assigned to so had to wait around to get resolved. No explanation of how to get inside so I waited half an hour for someone to come out and let me in. Noisy at night since was hot and window was left open.
