Perfeita, retornaremos com certeza.

A acomodação é espetacular, não me vejo ficando em outro lugar quando retornar à Botswana. De frente para o rio Chobe é próximo à entrada do parque. Café da manhã excepcional, pequeno almoço servido também muito bom. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados!

A água do chuveiro é fraca, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.

great family place on the river

What a great place to stay to explore Chobe, the rooms are freshly renovated in a modern safari style with coffee facilities (not all lodges have this) The staff are all super friendly keen to chat, the dinners, breakfast and safari tea were all home cooking at its best. meeting other guests to chat to each evening really made the stay 5 stars! They organise their own boat safaris at a very reasonable price as well as land safaris in their own safari vehicles. beautiful spot on the river with a good little bar to enjoy a drink round the Boma each night. Would recommend to family and friends.

Ver nice property.

The property is beautiful. It is on the river and very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, large and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day as well as game drives and boat rides.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely happy with our choice to stay at River View Lodge Chobe!!

Location. Beautiful view. Private room with chobe river view. Beautiful maintained buildings and garden. Tranquil surroundings. The breakfast and dinner was very well prepared and presented. Stunning sunset view. Very efficient and friendly staff. We just loved our stay.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. When they found out it was our honeymoon they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling and sent up a private romantic dinner for us with candles etc. Food was excellent. The game drive and boat ride they offered were also great - their guide is very knowledgeable and was able to get us close to the animals including lions, elephants and hippos

The owners have done a nice job maintaining the property, and the staff enjoy their jobs. All very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very well decorated, and the grounds well taken care of. The personal touches, like freshly baked muffins and cookies at the coffee stand available all day. An exceptional place to relaxed and unwind, with a beautiful location. Sofia, the manager and member of the family that owns the place, is another reason why our stay was so incredible, she is a delight!!

very nice and modern rooms, beautiful and cosy territory outdoor. Friendly and polite staff and amazing activities (boat and safari). It’s really nice to chill in the evening at terrace listening to nature’a sounds. I recommend river view lodge to everyone)

Nice location but poor service

rooms were nice inside.

staff were very poor and no attention given to guests and no greeting when passing! . breakfast was very poor with a very limited choice.. No attention from staff. dirty dishes etc left without clearing away. some even left out overnight!! No one ever checked if we were ok, not even at check out. The man at breakfast was the only nice member of staff. Mathews the safari guide was the exception as he was excellent.

Great hosts and lovely lodge

Sofia is an excellent host. She's very knowledgeable and we could book game drives and sunset cruises via the lodge. Comfortable rooms and we loved that for dinner we were all sitting together on a big table. This way we could exchange tips and ideas with other guests.

Great stay with very nice staff

We had a great place in this very nice lodge. We booked last minute one night but extended our stay due to the friendliness and great activities! We had 2 very nice dinners in the restaurants! The activities (boat trip, morning game drive and visit to Vic falls) were very well organised and of high quality. Our guide Matthew knew a lot and could explain everything to our sons! The pool, garden and bar are all great! Highly recommend the place! And great vakue for money!

staff is very nice, nice location, fair quality-price ratio

the garden isn’t as big as it looks in pictures and you can’t get close to the river because there is a fence (to protect from cocodriles and hyppos). breakfast should be improved. Rooms are average

Great lodge and staff

The warm welcome from Shingi (sorry if I misspelled your name 😭) at the airport and Sofia when we arrived at the lodge. The room was also just amazing! Nicely decorated, comfy and clean! We appreciated the upgrade from the twin room we booked to the king size bedroom. The food was good and we liked the family style setting where you sit with other guests and have a nice conversation while having your meal. We did the Vic Falls and the game drive, and had a blast! We’ll definitely recommend and come back. Thank you to all the staff at River View Lodge! Sorry I don’t remember your names but you were all amazing!

Very good

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it rained and they gave us an umbrella to use. Facilities were very clean. The lodge is located near the river bank so the view was very lovely. Breakfast was a great variety of options.

Could have used a smaller vehicle for the game drive because it was just my spouse and I. The Wi-Fi would continuously disconnect and I would have to reenter the login details.

Location only

Given a room that I did not book for and the setting that appears on picture being totally different from the actual room on the ground. Butterflies harassing during dinner time and substandard food.
