It has AC and a fridge. Nice and comfy room. As expected. Nothing special, but nice and decent. Super location, everything is a five minute walk. Extra recommendation goes to friendly and helpful staff.
Anyway, I recommend it.
I did book it in advance and when I did check in, the fridge was off and warm. In mid August a cold welcoming bottle of water would be a nice gesture.

The location, I am a La Paz native and I love the Malecón this place has an excellent location closer to the places I wanted to visit.

I love the spiral staircase and outdoor shower on the roof! And it was very clean!
That the bathroom was on a different level to use a toilet.

The location, the view from the roof. My room is small bit it works, and bed is comfortable. Filtered water for shower.
Filtered water dispenser. Free coffee. Quiet.
There are so mosquitoes on the ground floor!!! I notice there is a pond of sorts next to the kitchen. I got devoured i. The kitchen then the downstairs bathroom.
I urger owner to drain that water.
I stayed in small room with shared bathroom. The shower and toilet are both o. The ground floor where the rooms are upstairs so it's a bit inconvenient. There is also no stool nor chair to sit when putting on pants. The showroom. If you are not physically fit, book a room with attached bathroom.
