O hotel é lindo, de super bom gosto. O café da manhã é uma delícia, o restaurante é mais estilo fine dining, sofisticado e muito bom. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e solícitos (Sofia, Alma, Laura). Fiquei metade da viagem no maior quarto (rooftop, vista mar) e é maravilhoso. A outra metade fiquei num quarto que - apesar da cama ser deliciosa - era muito pequeno. Esse foi o ponto negativo mas de qualquer forma a experiência foi muito boa e eu adoraria voltar

Hotel bem reservado, com capacidade para apenas 12 hóspedes. Para quem busca tranquilidade, isso faz toda a diferença: você tem a estrutura praticamente para si. Fica em frente para o rio com travessia simples para o mar, com uma vista que sozinha já justifica a estadia. A estrutura é completa e bem cuidada, a piscina é ótima e o atendimento foi super atencioso. A cozinha é comandada por chefs e isso se percebe em cada refeição. Alto nível do começo ao fim.
O chuveiro não tem regulagem adequada: a água sai quente demais e a fria é insuficiente, o que torna o banho desconfortável em alguns momentos. Por ser afastado, há bastante presença de insetos nas áreas comuns. (o que não é culpa do hotel) E o café da manhã demora para ser servido, então vale contar com esse tempo a mais na programação.

The bedroom that we reserved was pretty and had a nice view
I will start off by saying that the staff were amazing, I have no complaints towards them whatsoever. The owner on the other hand, could do with some better customer service skills, she didn’t once acknowledge us/check on how the stay was going, just overall not welcoming or friendly.
Moving onto the hotel itself, the property is externally very pretty but there are minor things that would have made the experience more pleasant.
The hotel is infested with mosquitoes, you could not sit in the lounge area without being attacked by them constantly as they were all over the sofas, while I understand that the hotel is in the middle of nature, I feel that something could be done to help towards this as majority of the time, we stayed in the bedroom because of this.
We requested an iron on one of the nights and was told that the person that deals with this had left, the next day we requested this again and we were told that they never get asked for an iron and that they would look for one for us. After receiving the iron, we asked for an ironing board as the iron cord was not long enough to reach the bed and was told that they did not have one so we had to iron our clothes on a chair instead.
I don’t understand how a nice hotel like this does not provide irons and ironing boards for their guests.
I also suggest a full length mirror in the bedroom area as there were only one in the bathroom by the sink that covered half of your body.
