Nice for business travelers with a car.

The apartment had plenty of kitchen wares for cooking or refrigerating food and was very spacious, and the bathroom was nice also. It was within walking distance to the Alsa Bus Station.

There are no local restaurants and to get to any cafes or restaurants it was a long walk uphill to the old town center of Perugia about 1/2 kilometer away up many steps all the way. The August temp. was 95 degrees and there is no A/C.

Fabulous hospitality and Great value for money

The host is super friendly and efficient. Any questions are answered immediately and you get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble. The studio we stayed in represented good value and seemed greater than the economy price. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need including fresh coffee and a mokka pot , herbal teas and breakfast snacks. There is no aircon as it isn't needed. Our room was very cool and we did not use the fan profided despute the temperature being 35° outside. The rooms are in a shaded narrow street in a residential area. I loved the location- perfect for the centro storico ( 5 mins walk to the escalators) and the santa Giulia arena . The parking at 1.20 € per day and free at weekends was just a short walk away. (Be prepared that Perugia is hilly. ) We'll be back!

Don't expect 5 star luxury but expect 5 star hospitality and great value for money.

Comfortable and conveniently located

Quirky place with lots of character. Located short stroll from the bus station and historic centre. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Fridge door was full posted notes from people praising their stay.

There are lots of steps inside as rooms are on different levels, so not very suitable for someone with mobility issues.

A wonderful place to stay close to all attractions and restaurants. It felt like you were living in a family home, full of love and laughter. Barbara and her sister were wonderful hosts. Barbara’s communication was excellent offering suggestions and places to visit as well as sharing the story of her family’s home.

Un bel posto completo con camera, cucina e bagno. Trovati in casa bustine delle tisane e qualche merendina confezionata molto apprezzata per la mattina.

Pulizia della camera che lascia un po' a desiderare con polvere sulle superfici piane. Locale poco luminoso e con poche finestre. Asciugamani migliorabili con un colore uguale per entrambi.
