Cozy house located on the southern beach within a tourist village, restaurant, ferruginous freshwater river in the backyard of the house and overlooking the sea, is 25 km from Jorge beloved airport of Ilhéus and 10 km from Olivença.
The beach house has 3 bedrooms, one suite with sea view, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, barbecue, service area, front and back porch; only 20 mt from a great stretch of beautiful beach waiting for you.
Furnished duplex house with TV, refrigerator, sofa etc; ground floor: living room, american kitchen, suite with balcony facing the sea with air conditioning. Yard by the river with barbecue.
