Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto ospitale. Il posto è stupendo, immerso nella natura e nelle bellissime piante curate dal proproetario. La piscina sempre pulita e tranquilla. Un'oasi di pace!
La colazione poteva essere un po' più ricca e tipica, ma tutto sommato bene. La pulizia non il massimo, specialmente sotto i letti, ma niente di grave.

Probably the most beautiful location we have been too, the sunset is beautiful, the breakfast was simple but delicious we looked forward to it every morning, pool was clean and usually had it to yourself, if you’re looking for the proper slow Italian holiday this is the place for you, an oasis up on the hill overlooking Forio
Raffaele was outstanding he was very accommodating and keeps the place so well
Nothing I didn’t like
But if you have mobility issues the hill is very steep but Raffaele will bring you to the Forio port, there is only one taxi driver at the Forio port that will go up the steep hill for you his name is salvatore

The perfect accommodation hidden in the forest, with a beautiful view over the town. It’s very peaceful and cozy, with a large garden and a lovely pool.
The host Rafaello was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfy beds.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place surrounded by nature!

La vista era mozzafiato, ottima per vedere i meravigliosi tramonti che regala Ischia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina con tanto di teli disponibili all’uso.
Abbiamo avuto un problema e Raffaele è intervenuto subito per risolverlo.
Un punto in più ad Abdul che è un ragazzo volenteroso e disponibile.
Abbiamo prenotato un’appartamento con una camera da letto (così c’era scritto su Booking), ci è stata data una semplice stanza con letto e bagno. La camera non era dotata di una scopa per pulire a terra, c’era un semplice cestino in cui non entrava la spazzatura poiché era quello del bagno. Al nostro check-out ci è stato detto di pagare una singola colazione 12€ a testa, cosa folle visto ciò che ci hanno offerto. Della frutta che non sapeva di niente (si salvava giusto l’uva) e nel piatto degli insetti, due yogurt, un cornetto che avremmo dovuto dividere in due e un pò di pomodorini da mangiare con il pane e all’interno c’era un capello. Sicuramente per ciò che offre il costo è decisamente alto. Per non parlare della strada per arrivare alla Villa, pericolosissima e non illuminata.
