I liked the cook/ cleaning lady. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: the hostel administrator earned the nickname the invisible man. He was not readily accessible. The check in process was horrible. I and another Colombian gentleman named Oscar stood out in the rain and cold trying to gain access into the property. There was no human available in the hostel after 8:30pm. Travelers are tried, sleepy, and stressed out. This definitely needs to be improved. I actually got to meet the hostel administrator/ employee the next day and he did help me with an Uber. I would not stay at this property again until the check-in process improves. Rating 5.
