Property was good overall. Cleaning did have quite a strong smell and as long as you are okay with the toilet being right up against the shower so you have limited toilet legroom it works. Location and parking was very helpful as Lucca has little to no parking closer! Owner was quick to respond and helpful.
Bathroom was tight. Walls were thin and could hear other guests. You are in a busy community so keep windows shut and ac running for privacy

It was close to city centre - parking onsite
The bed was terrible - it shook every time my partner or I moved (both of us are small) and bathroom was poorly layed out

Everything was ok if you are ready to share apartment with strangers.
Private bathroom wasn’t in the room.
