Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie bez problemu można udać się pieszo, czy to na plażę, do centrum czy też na spacery po licznych parkach. Sam apartament bardzo czysty, okna i balkon na spokojne podwórko, aneks kuchenny i łazienka wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy. Do dyspozycji winda. W bezpośredniej okolicy wiele sklepów, kawiarni i restauracji. Odwiedziliśmy niedaleko położone Sarbinowo i Mielno. Można też w przeciwnym kierunku, np. do Grzybowa.
Dla mnie i dla mojej rodziny brak ekspresu do kawy to problem, z którym poradziliśmy sobie zabierając swój mały na kapsułki. Choć większość dnia spędzaliśmy poza obiektem to jednak wieczorem, czasami chciałoby się coś więcej znaleźć w telewizji poza kilkoma kanałami z telewizji kablowej. Myślę, że TV satelitarna dla takiej sieci apartamentów to chyba nie problem. Podobnie z choćby jedną rolką ręcznika papierowego w kuchni lub paczką serwetek.
