I like the welcoming staff and overall facilities and location of the building.

Actually they should provide basic toothpaste, soap, and shampoo for visitors in a small sachet.

The fact that it was in an old prison.

No private bathroom or toilets. We had to change floor to reach them. Only 2 toilets.
