The room is comfy, and the location is not too far from the airport. Not too far from the city centre also.
It will be nice if they have airport pick-up services even if they charge for the services. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan.

Die Größe des Zimmers war perfekt, ebenso der Ausblick. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Des Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich vorher abgereist bin. Der Ausblick vom Rooftop war atemberaubend.
Einige vom Personal (Rezeption /Restaurant) haben kein bzw sehr schlecht Englisch gesprochen wodurch sich die Kommunikation etwas schwierig gestaltete. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Friendly staff + massive fluffy bath towels.
Cold ducted air cond, although temperature and fan speeds can't be adjusted through the room AC wall mounted control. Broken or set to not be controlled by Guests, not sure. Lucky we love the cold otherwise tough luck!
Where do I start? Location and staff are great, everything else were terrible.
1. Overall condition of Hotel is terrible.
2. Lack of proper maintenance, repair & cleaning can be seen everywhere from inside the room, public areas of the Hotel and the Lifts.
3. Rated 4 star? This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
4. Dodgy repairs found in our room, from gyprock/wall sheets + roof ceiling sheets. Terrible patch up job finished with terrible painting job.
5. Exhaust in bathroom was broken, resulting in mouldy bathroom.
6. Mouldy bathroom, every surface have moulds on it.
7. Broken bathroom sink, dodgily repaired and or fixed by adhesive tape. LOL'ed at this one.
8. Dirty and stained carpet.
9. Dirty, smelly, stuffy, small and slow Lifts with dodgy control panel.
10. Breakfast was SUPER TERRIBLE. Foods were cold and not fresh. Variety and wow factor was definitely lacking. Restaurant was run down and wasn't maintained and or cleaned properly just like other parts / areas of the Hotel.
The cold AC in our room helped made the stay bearable for us. Cold AC = comfortable well rested good night sleep. Without the cold AC I would have started a World War III with all the crappy things I mentioned above. Definitely would have requested a refund / part refund.
