Though relatively difficult to reach - it's over all expectations by a mile - 2 store apartment with 2 couple bedrooms, 1 children bedroom, pool table, music applience. Perfect find for those who went to stay in calm place on reasonable price.
I was thinking about drawbacks for like 10 minutes and am not finding one.

We were travelling with a whole family ( grandparents to grandchildren).
The host and his wife are super kind and lovely people . It shows how much they enjoy hosting guests from the first moment. The property is absolutely perfect with so so many facilities that you can't even use, and with loving care on the details. The area is a dreamland and if anyone wishes to get far from city noise ( writing a book perhaps...)still keeping the civilized tech comfort, and look at amazing landscapes from the living room.... well that's the best place to go...

The apartment was very well equipped and so cozy. The host was very friendly. My children appreciated all the toys and games and even some English programs on the tv. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a beautiful location on the top of a hill. Short drive to Cesky Krumlov!
.
The only thing that was a small disappointment was there was a miscommunication about the heated pool. We booked the apartment so that our children would have fun in the heated pool. When we arrived the host said it was not open. We did contact booking so that the description would be made clear that the pool opening was not year around and to make this very clear for future guests.
