It was an amazing experience to stay in such an old and historic house. The place feels almost like a living museum, full of character, history and a truly unique atmosphere. Staying there was something completely different from a typical hotel or apartment and made our trip even more memorable.
The views from the windows were also fantastic and added even more charm to the stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was noticeably more modern than the rest of the property, which was a nice and practical contrast.
The owner was fantastic – very easy to communicate with, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring about our stay. We felt very welcome throughout our visit.
A wonderful place for anyone who appreciates history, authenticity and accommodation with real character. Highly recommended!

La casa è molto caratteristica, non è facile mantenere lo stile rustico facendoti però sentire accolto; si vede l'impegno per una ristrutturazione autentica.
È stata molto apprezzata la wifi portatile e il racconto della ristrutturazione.
Purtroppo la pulizia è da migliorare: si consiglia una migliore cura e attenzione. Le lenzuola erano sporche, con macchie e con alcuni peli o capelli in giro, i pavimenti sporchi e le stoviglie completamente da ripulire; il piano di cottura era appiccicoso, il secchiaio aveva ancora resti di cibo e c'era un limone marcito sul ripiano.

A quaint, historic house in the most beautiful location. It was like taking a step back in time and also slowing down to just be in the present and take a moment to be quiet and relax.
The house has all the basics so you need for nothing but is also simple and unique.

The location is perfect for a peaceful countryside getaway. The host was very friendly. They also welcomed our dog warmly.
Other than the renovated bathroom, it felt like the hosts hadn’t put any extra effort into the house. Even an old building can be furnished tastefully and with care. This place felt more neglected than rustic. The yard had knee-high grass and crumbling structures. A few small things they could have paid more attention to: In the kitchen, we could hardly find two matching plates or pieces of cutlery. The food left behind by previous guests was not very reassuring. (Things like sugar and salt are fine, but why leave behind an opened bottle of wine with half a glass left in it?!) There weren’t even matching bed linens or towels. Although the towels were clean, one of them was covered in bleach stains. Even though the bathroom had been renovated, it wasn’t properly clean. The same was true for the rest of the house — it didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. The house was also very cold. Although every room had a heater or stove, we still had to dress warmly indoors. Considering the price-to-value ratio, it’s overpriced.
