The rooms have been very nicely renovated, and basically now operate as a studio flat: with everything you could possibly need for a few days stay. The hot water service is swift, and really hot!
NB: While the rooms get a basic service each day (change of towels), other things only get attended to between guests. There's cleaning products to look after the studio yourself - not a problem, but just something that took a day or two to realise.

Location and Friendly staff
Liked there was a rear door as well that had a nice grassy area
Too small, there wasn’t anywhere to put my very small suitcase without it getting in my way. I had to put it under the table.
The noise from outside during the day was next level. I could hear everyone’s conversations outside.
