I love how centric the property is, the staff makes your stay so easy, they very helpful and kind:

The room was a bit small compared to expectations/photos. Nevertheless, it was very good for our family of 2 adults and 2 children, and I really liked that it had 2 single beds for the kids.
The staff, on the other hand, was very nice and helpful with everything we wanted to do (charging an electric car, for example).
For the 3 nights we stayed there it was ok, but certainly for more nights it would be more complicated.
The location, on the other hand, was very good — close to the center, within walking distance of many attractions.
The little street where the room is located is a bit "under construction" — there were some pipes stretched out around there, it was very narrow and cramped (the staircase to go up was very narrow and the whole space was tight).
The breakfast was very meager and located somewhere in the basement, equally cramped, and if you arrived toward the end there wasn't much left to choose from, plus the taste of the food wasn't exactly delicious (shrimp in way too much oil, scrambled eggs with way too much liquid/water, etc.).

- location is great as you can easily reach out main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet area
- additionally the bus stop for the Istanbul Airport is 5 minutes away
- breakfast was very good
- they changed the towels on daily basis
The place is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. What is disliked and determined the final score was the mold in the bathroom, at the shower, at the sink.
Although they cleaned every day, it felt like the place was not clean.
