We had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca in the Family Room. The check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient, which we highly appreciated. The room itself was exceptionally big and spacious, giving us plenty of room to open up our suitcases and comfortably pack away all of our shopping items. Another huge plus was how quiet and peaceful the room was- it provided the perfect restful environment after a busy day out. We also felt at ease knowing the parking was safe and secure. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Melaka!
Our only issue was that the room cleaning after our first night was not meticulous—the sink area wasn't cleaned properly, and they forgot to leave a floor mat in the bathroom.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
They assisted my needs very well.
The rooms was splendid
The breakfast was not bad, the casserole was awesome.
Bica&Co is a must visit.
My visit was during the school holidays, not so packed.
Probably need more lighting in the rooms.

there was a stench in my room- the corridor walk to my room was also poorly ventilated with a stale smell.
