Just Satisfactory

No restaurant or any other recreational facilities,It is just a furnished apartment but not way called luxury

There is no restaurant in the building.We had to opt for Swiggy food delivery The apartment size is fairly good,but not as potrayed in the web site or photos.Looks suited for the families they have come to visit Mumbai who goes out in the day time .Space of the bed room is quite big.Wash rooms are not at par with hotel wash rooms.Finishes are appalling.Drinking water was given at first day (2× 0.5 lit) and the hotel charged extra for subsequent supplies.Condition of bath towel is really bad. Advise prospective visitors to carry your own towels ,dental kit and soap/gel.Manhole covers on the pavement at adjacent road were open .Be careful while walking outside

We are going to recommend this service Apartment.

Great Ambiance, every inch of the house is used well and has a story to say. Very spacious too. All of us were overwhelmed with the interior design of the house The Manager & front office staff made sure that our stay was comfortable and attended all our requests without delay. Also, the staffs helped us with our online food orders as the apps require online payments for more items. CLEANLINESS We are very picky with our choice of stays. Cleanliness is a priority for us, and the apartment fits our criteria. The place is clean, the beddings are changed every other day, the staffs change the towels and clean the apartment everyday.. It was great internet connectivity. Close to the main Road Great place.

Waste of time and money. Not going back there even if we were paid to stay there

The service was not exceptional but good. Team members were courteous and friendly

Cockroaches in the accommodation Bath towels were torn and threadbare Cleaning service was ordinary Cutlery and dishes / spoons were dirty Bed linen were stained and torn Toilet paper not replenished Showers were dirty / slippery

L'établissement le plus salle que j'ai vu jusqu'à présent, nous avons demander a l'accueil pour nettoyer les chambre car c'était plein de poussière, tout les équipements de cuisine était salle, on a du quitter cette apart pour un hôtel tellement c'était mauvais.

A place definitely NOT to be when in Mumbai. AVOID at all costs.

I had booked this property to celebrate my wife’s birthday with family. The location was good based on the map that I had used.

It was an overall very bad experience! The check in process was smooth but the property itself was very outdated, dirty (check pictures), and abundant with health hazards. We left the property within 15mins of checking in. The caretaker was polite and said that he would talk to management, but no refund has come until now.

Very bad

The worst experience had to stay was not cleaned not at all hygienic my son had allergic reactions pictures were uploaded 5 years ago were misguiding while making booking

Disappointed and felt cheated based on the pictures shown on the website to book and pay for this.

The location was good, not far from the railway station and other amenities.

Rooms are not reflective of what you see in the pics. They are spacious but dirty and. you find creepy crawlies each day cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes etc. The cleaning staff weren't doing their job properly despite telling them. It was dirty overall.. from the kitchen to bathrooms. If you are staying a day or two, it's ok otherwise you will hate it and regret it. Pictures on their website are an utter lie. The property needs a lot of maintenance. Light bulbs not working, washing machine making noises, fridge freezer leaking, microwave malfunctioning, door handles broken, door locks broken.. no iron available until requested etc. etc. list is endless. I felt like I was guinea-pig to give them a list of items broken or not working during my stay and got to a point, I wanted to end my holiday soon. Management knows about it and I feel like the health authority should know about the state of the property as they putting the customer's life at risk esp. if you have kids to have to stay in a filthy place !! I know the price is good comparatively but some attention to detail is needed to convince me to return back! So, stay away and let others know if you care for them. Don't go by the pictures, it isn't true!

Cockroaches running all mover the place, the whole apartment is literally infested with cockroaches despite the property did 3 days in row of pest control! Breakfast is terrible and did not served on time House keeping doing terrible job of cleaning

Terrible stay.

Location was ok.Breakfast is average. Only thing we liked were the quietness.Overall it is a terrible stay.

Cockroaches in the apartment. the room wasnt dusted completely. The doors and corners in the rooms had thick dust cobwebs. Food was average. The laundry area stinks. The mugs n plates were eww.

Terrible place - do not stay here

The staff at reception were helpful but powerless

Everything, this place should not be on booking.com with a heading like Luxury Apartments. It is a dive! The pillows are brown there is mold on the walls, the smell is atrocious, there is no decent wifi, no warm water for the shower, the extra bed we paid for is a mattress thrown on the floor and I could go on. The photos do not at all match the reality.

Mumbai was a fantastic place to visit and would highly recommend it.

Apartments were close to the train station

The reception staff could have been alot friendlier. They didn't acknowledge us with even a hello when we returned each day during our stay.
