This is a very nice hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was excellent and to a high standard. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, it was first class. Our bicycles were stored securely in the ski room, perfect.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, so after a day on trails, when your legs ache, there is no need to climb up to your lodge. Spacious, nicely arranged breakfast area. Good and varied food. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Clean and large bathroom

The receptionist had no knowledge about the ski areas of Spindleruv Mlyn. I now after two days know more than the receptionist. There are two ski areas with the same lift cards. I know how to get there. What distances are and what ski lifts ar connected to each other. All this the receptionist did not know.
