Great location, right at the beginning of the main street. The apartment is very well presented, comfortable and clean and bright. Kitchen has all the equipment you need for a stay.
Bed was too firm for us - but I guess that's personal preference. TV is outdated and needs an update, kept freezing whilst watching Netflix. Power on/off button is intermittent.
A slight chemical/damp smell in the entrance foyer/stairs.

A lovely apartment to use as a hub for exploring the North Devon coastline and Exmoor. The apartment has everything you need and the parking space is an absolute bonus in a village with little street parking options. Really nice of the owners to leave treats for our dog and freshly baked scones for us. Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect, nice size one bedroom apartment
Although owner requests dogs not to be allowed into bedroom, people who have stayed clearly ignored, dog’s hairs found on blanket luckily we didn’t need to use item.
free toiletries, none left for our stay received apology, 5 sachets of shower/hair gel dropped off. Very difficult to open and about one teaspoon in each we had brought a small amount of our own toiletries luckily, no supermarket in lynmouth which highlighted the importance of ensuring items are either provided or not included in accommodation description.
No normal tea only green, earl grey & flavour.
