Perfect. You have your peace, big space, huge grill. Francesco and Francesca are very nice and helpful, sometimes come to the area to pick up their car of water the flowers but you dont feel like they are there to chaperone. The furniture is great, patio as well, you can be loud there and still dont feel like interupting the neighborhood. Very close to the centre

Is about 30 minutes by walk to the beach and the road there is boring, take a car. The beach is totally fine but with the lovely ones on this island you will probably visit it just once or twice
