Location and landlord are excellent.

There’s a construction site right behind -another small building, with crews working Monday through Friday. It wasn’t a major issue since they only worked during the day, and we were there to sleep and have breakfast. Still, the site was close enough that we had to close the blinds in that part of the apartment to maintain our privacy.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment with all the conveniences you could want to enjoy Gijón.

The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. It was super easy to make contact with the owner and arrange a time to meet to receive and return the keys. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and had everything that a person could need including suggestion of things to do and places to eat and Juan even left oranges for us as well as a few other things. Super apartment and super host.

Everything for our stay was perfect. The apartment did not lack anything that we needed.

Location and landlord are excellent.
