Good location, great price and the staff (I'm including the dog in that!) were absolutely lovely. The room was also great, perfectly clean, very good air conditioning and having a balcony to sit out on was really nice.

Comfortable bed and pillow. Shower, towels and toiletries were lovely. Good parking spot at the front door of the hotel. Double glazed windows to keep the street noise out.
The double glazed windows kept the street noise out but we could still hear other guests talking very loudly. There was nowhere close by to have breakfast or even a nice hotel for a drink or nice restaurant for dinner. The hotel was difficult to find because Google maps is wrong and wanted us to drive the wrong way up a one way street and we had to go round the block a few times in the crazy traffic to find our own way to the place, which we eventually did but it was frustrating at the end of a long day of driving.
