Cozy studio apartment with a great position right on the water with it's own sunning area and swimming access in the bay. Reserved parking was available. The host is very kind and welcoming. Although we have many other places we want to visit in Europe, we'd consider re-visting this one because is was such a peaceful and relaxing experience (late August).
We liked everything, but ask for detailed directions before you arrive. It's a little tricky the first time.

De locatie is echt fantastisch, het huis ligt meteen aan het water. Eigen zwemplateau met trap, bedjes en parasol was echt genieten. Klein maar superleuk zwembad en terras buiten voor ons alleen.
Eigenaar erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden zijn prima.
Het huis is erg ruim, beide balkons heerlijk om op te zitten met meest fantastische weidse uitzicht.
Plaatsje is leuk met supermarkt, bakker en paar restaurants en op 15 minuten rijden van grotere supermarkt.
Af en toe rioollucht in de badkamers, op te lossen door water in de putjes te spuiten, is veel voorkomend probleem in Montenegro hebben we gemerkt. Qua schoonmaken had het iets frisser gekund, gordijnen ruiken muffig en sofa bed nodigde niet echt uit om op te slapen, maar badkamer en keuken waren schoon genoeg.

What a wonderful place,my family and I stayed for seven nights . So private and over looking the ocean we really enjoyed the pure tranquility and beauty of Villa Leut . It was just a little bit of heaven .
The only negative for me would be the parking it’s a little tricky.
