Quiet location in Llandrindod Wells, with plenty of car parking - also very convenient for railway station. Staff were helpful.
There were problems with the water supply to the bathrooms, due to replumbing work being done while we were staying.

Cosy, easy to get to, clean rooms and facilities
Pressure from shower was probably the weakest shower I’ve ever used, so bathing was a bit of a pain

Rude bar staff. Made to feel unwelcome and the barman literally shouted at two guests not to bring their luggage into the bar area.
