The receptionist, Grace: attentionate, caring.

Grace, the receptionist, has been so attentionate, sweet and caring. When I left, she followed me outside, worried about where I was going on foot by myself. She offered me coffe, so I went back inside the hotel. Then she walked with me quite far to the place where I could find a combi, and she hailed one for me. About the room: bed comfortable, very quiet, I had a great night of sleep.

The guy at the front office was good. Though I drove into the yard and he couldn't hear the car till I hooted.

The atmosphere within the building wasn't welcoming. More cleaning and air freshening would help a lot.
