Nice

The location is great.

The bed had a ver thin blanket. Towels were also thin. We had to ask for clean towels the next day. Show is only a curtain.

Amazing location with friendly, generous host

Zdenka was a wonderful warm host, she provided me with an umbrella when it unexpectedly rained, gave me a delicious plate of Croatian cakes/pastries, gave me a cute Korcula fridge magnet upon departure and was happy to offer me a late checkout upon request. The room on the first floor had spectacular views through the palm trees against the beautiful sea and mountain backdrop. The bed was very large and comfortable and the location is excellent - just a few mins away from the centre and across from a beautiful swimming spot. Thank you Zdenka! Highly recommend :)

Perfect base to explore Korcula, with opportunity to cool off in the sea right by the front door!

The location is absolutely fantastic, swimming is possible directly out of the front door from the built swimming jettys, and a small beach is 100 metres walk away either to left or right. The walk into the old town was short (less than 5 minutes) which was ideal to pick up some breakfast or go for dinner and walk back with a longer loop around the town walls. Zdenka the host was very helpful and friendly, showing us where to park for free and telling us of the best areas on the island to visit. The air conditioning was also excellent and very much needed at the time we stayed!

Free parking is available for the stay but it is a 5-10 minute walk up a long flight of stairs. This was not a problem for us but could be an issue for others.

Lovely, just one improvement required.

Great location. Right on the water and so close to the old town. Although I was attracted to the pictures with views onto the water but didn’t notice the room was a garden view room when I booked - my fault. Lovely host, a warm welcome, early check in and some fresh fruit.

I’m my apartment (#3 garden view) the faux leather couch surfaces were disintegrating. This meant when you say on them, your skin and clothes ended up covered in black plastic bits. And this started to accumulate on the floor. They are literally disintegrating. I don’t need new things, but for £125 a night, I was waking up with black plastic in the bed and in my hair. It’s a shame as the rest of the apartment was lovely and clean. I have fed this back to the owner. Just upgrade the couches.

Beautiful view and comfortable large bed made for a great stay.

Such a beautiful view of the water out the window! It was a spacious room with a very large comfortable bed and we were very happy with our stay. Our host was so friendly and helpful and even dropped off some freshly baked local treats! The room was excellent value.

Treated like family.

Homey with a great view, right on the water. I was served homemade pancakes/crepes with homemade jam when I arrived, and the day before I left I got a piece of homemade pineapple cake which I loved because it wasn’t too sweet.

Bathroom was a little cramped but it’s in an older building so you do the best with what you have.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed 4 nights. The property is in an excellent location very close to old town. Very nice character room. Beautiful view from window. Host is very kind and attentive to our needs.

Nothing to dislike. Some reviewers complained about the street noise. Not an issue. We closed the window early evening and opened it later overnight to hear the nice sounds of the seaside.

Beautiful location, some issues.

The host was lovely, very knowledgeable and kind. great location, and loved the stone wall in the bedroom and fantastic views over water

We really didn’t like the smell of smoke in the apartment block- it was so strong sometimes and you couldn’t get away. Also there wasn’t enough hot water for us both to have a hot shower which was fine for us because we were hot but noted it was the same every day. The bathroom facilities weren’t great, the shower curtain was ripped and dirty, and there was an awful smell from the drains? (sewage) which we found hard to tolerate after three days.

Good location, right on the harbour, comfy bed with an amazing view.

The view! I would never get sick of looking at this view, it was fantastic. Comfy bed, good shower and good host. Brilliant location.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.
