The ocean view is amazing with a wall of windows in the great room and dining area. The kitchen is set up for the entire family to pitch in at mealtime or for the chef you have brought along. It includes a center bar with a double sink, a separate sink with a garbage disposal, seating, and the stainless steel appliances further add to the aesthetic of this captivating top level. The dining table is by the cottage-style deck access to enjoy views even at mealtimes! The King Master Bedroom offers an ocean view and a private bath with a shower, a cosmetic vanity, and a vanity with a sink for couples to share peacefully. The house was very well stocked and comfortable; it had three bathrooms- two upstairs and one downstairs- only one tub. The indoor steps were the biggest concern, as other reviewers noted- one of the stairs was repaired, but poorly done, so the very edge was uneven. We had one member of our group fall. The hot tub and pool area was great- it was secured in a way that made it feel safe for kiddos, and the living area was super comfortable. The location was great- a dune was right off the porch so the one picture that makes it look like you could step off the porch and take four steps to the water is a little deceptive. We were there over a storm and one of the downstairs bedrooms had a pretty significant leak for a day but the rental company was responsive. Overall it was a positive stay and we were happy with the house, barring those stairs. Honestly, even just some hot pink tape to alert folks to the danger zones would’ve changed our experience with that particular issue.

Multiple issues / location only thing great
The ground floor had a strong mildew/mold smell and there were a lot of bugs inside. Some of the walls upstairs were warped and soft and half of the people on our trip got sick for 2 days - not sure if it's related to the issues above. The first morning we cooked bacon in the oven which locked up and no one (including maintenance employee) could get the oven door open. It's a very old home and you can tell. The deck is splintering across the entire surface - not good for anyone especially young kids. The location is great and is what made this place somewhat ok for our stay.

Good property and we enjoyed are stay, only complaint is that bottom step into first level, several of are guest's fell multiple times! Saw the same thing posted in several other reviews..think it would be a good idea to correct this issue before some one breaks a hip

This house was a great location, right on the beach. The house had all we needed. The kitchen is nice and large. The hot tub was a huge win. Shopping and entertainment close to the house.

Loved the house and area, and being directly on the beach. But, will not return to Sandbridge. I am accustomed to SC and Florida beaches. Sandbridge beaches sand, too soft, deep and 85 and above temps, too hot to walk.

Barking Sands
The property was in excellent condition and was very spacious for me and my family. The pool was the perfect size for all of us to be in it, as well as, for the young kids to be wild and have fun without being able to splash anyone enjoying the sun or reading a book. Location was an easy walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean. Each family member had a spacious bedroom. The couches were very comfortable. The only extremely minor suggestion would be a bigger trash can in the upstairs kitchen. This is where we spent most of our time and due to the size of our family, we had to change the trash bag after every meal and sometimes during meals.

we had issues with the WiFi all week. We tried getting someone to fix it, but they did not get it resolved. The front door was leaking water under the door when it stormed. We had kids slipping on the water. The location was good.
