Well equipped kitchen, bay window good view

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Apartment 5. The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The views overlooking Lytham Beach were amazing, and the apartment was lovely and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax.
The owner, Derek, was lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to the other gentleman working there, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, for helping us carry our heavy bags upstairs — it was very much appreciated!
We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Location, friendly welcome off Derek and parking. Apartment was spacious with everything that we needed.
The two beds were not comfortable to sleep on. They squeaked and felt like the bed bases were damaged. This was told to Derek at the accommodation. Did not sleep well. The beds definitely need trying by the owner to see what is meant and replace them.
