Great location on the edge of the historic centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful old home with lovely view over streets. Modern bathroom. The detail plaster work on the ceiling is stunning. Great breakfast. Francisca was friendly, welcoming and efficient.
Room wasn’t ready on time but an apology received and offer to store luggage appreciated.

It was spectacularly clean, the staff were amazing. The breakfast was perfect had everything you need.
The staff were readily available, flexible and willing to help out at any time. They answered the phone quickly and were around to answer questions, give recommendations and share room/property details. They changed our room so we had more space so that was really lovely of them to be so flexible.
Location was perfect.
The beds were a little small
Parking was quite difficult, I would recommend only using camoies.

Location was good for exploring Guimarães and communication via WhatsApp was efficient.
Think the photos make it look a bit better than it is. The hotel feels quite worn out and the room was very average and I found the bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was very average but did the job - arrive early if you want a table inside and before the pastries disappear! Check in was a bit of a faff as the doorbell didn’t work so we had to rely on WhatsApp and when we just wanted to arrive and settle in after a long journey we felt bombarded with information from staff which felt a little intense.
