The unit we selected was conveniently connected to the shopping mall that has a wide selection of restaurants and retail shops with the added bonus being the cinema and the adjoining arcade/rides. Apartment was well kept with reasonable cleanliness and had all essential appliances. Netflix streaming was a godsend as the mall closed at 10pm. Loved the amazing night view by the balcony. Host was genuinely courteous and patiently assisted us during the check in (the guideline was very detailed but needed some help as there were multiple carpark entry points). His recommendations for well rated eateries was particularly chef’s kiss since some restaurants were nearby and within walking distance. The reserved/free parking helped us avoid any exorbitant overnight parking charges or run the risk of car being towed if parked outside. Two thumbs up for the overall delightful experience.
The connecting door to the mall closes at 10pm so it was quite the walk to return to the apartment.

- Price was a steal (secured midnight rate) and was of exceptional value given the accommodation size and facilities
- Owner was genuinely attentive to our queries, diligently responded despite ours being a last-minute reservation
- Beds were plush/cozy and comfortable especially for our young ones, rested us well through the night after enduring a tiring long trip
- Apartment appears well kept with an appreciable level of cleanliness (save for the expected dust collecting in nooks/crevices)
- All essential appliances provided (fridge, microwave, TV, washing machine, Netflix services) although we didn't use most since the stay was merely a transit point to our next destination
- The morning view at the rooftop garden is absolutely DIVINE and the elevated walkway made the staying experience exceptional
- Amazing landscaped garden and resort-like greenery provided plenty of picture opportunities for our small family (I wish to caution parents with young children to always be vigilant since the elevated garden/walking deck is located at height)
- Absolutely beautiful 2 swimming pools, adult appears to be of the infinity type while the children's pool has a wonderfully playful design. Gutted the kids didn't have the chance to experience these as we needed to check out early to continue our journey.
- Getting to the designated parking bay was an absolute chore. Endless spiral of driving up to the upper floors of the parking lot where the bay is located.
- The guideline (self check-in) admittedly may be excessively detailed but understandable since this a.gated and guarded residence
