Relais La Terrazza is a villa on the first floor in the center of the small village of Palmadula. From the 100 sqm terrace with veranda and suspended garden, this house enjoys a view of the magical hills of North-Western Sardinia, of a glimpse of the sea and of the village itself. The structure is only 2. 2 km from the first beach (Porto Palmas), at the same time it is within walking distance of services such as market, bar, pizzeria, newsstand, butcher shop etc. The house is equipped with all the comforts for a holiday of relaxation and practicality. This in fact, despite being in the center of the country, enjoys a very high degree of privacy, the terrace on the first floor has a furnished veranda, BBQ, worktop, sink and solarium, suitable for enjoying summer evenings, preparing barbecues open or simply sunbathe.
