Only down was sauna took 3hrs to get to temp but was fine , used it to dry clothes lol

Fantastic location, private and relaxing.

Accessibility is a challenge with stairs.

The location was excellent. Private and peaceful

The location was beautiful The bathroom was nice and modern and the bath was big enough for 2 people

We were given incorrect information starting with the place we were staying. Then once we were in the correct accommodation we discovered the balcony has a house connected that had windows and a door opening out onto the spa and sauna area giving us no privacy. We were ensured that there was no one inside the house ‘function centre’ only the lady (owner was staying in another suite of the other side of the function centre). The following morning we could hear a man inside the function centre. I contacted the lady and whilst I was talking to her about how uncomfortable this made me feel, her husband then grabbed the phone and started to tell me that they have never had a problem in the past and if we weren’t happy then we can either deal with it or leave. Sometime later after that conversation I received a call from the husband informing us that they would be going somewhere else so that we would feel more comfortable. However the following morning their car was there and we could hear them again. 3 nights $1100 and we couldn’t use the spa or sauna The bed was super uncomfortable uneven in many places and too hard to feel relaxed enough to sleep. The pictures on the walls were all dirty and dusty and needed a good clean. Minimal kitchen made it difficult to cook anything so we had to travel into Pemberton 10-15mins to have breakfast lunch and dinners. No walking tracks around would of been nice in the morning
