The staff here are wonderful. They allowed me to check in early and made sure I booked the airport shuttle at the correct time. The breakfast was good too.
While clean, this hotel could do with a bit of attention when it comes to decoration as some of wall and floor coverings are worn out and need replacing. However, this only slightly marred my stay here.

It was a great place to stay before our flight out of KIX! Has a nice deep tub even for a small bathroom, it’s so efficient! The beds were comfortable and they even have a communal bath too. Very clean and the breakfast although we missed it smelled so good!!
The people were so nice and helpful! My friend left her gift bag in the room and they arranged to have it forwarded to our last hotel for us in Tokyo!

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast - Japanese and Western style available.
Great shuttle service. Quiet location.
Nothing all good. Just a comment - room's are a bit older but no issue for our comfortable stay.
