We konden tot 11 uur ‘s avonds inchecken. De familiekamer bestond weliswaar uit 2 aparte kamers, maar werd aan elkaar verbonden door een hal met gedeelde badkamer en toilet. Die ruimte werd afgesloten door een aparte deur die ook op slot kon.

De kamers waren gedateerd. De kachel stond op standje sauna. De bedden waren keihard en de kussens veel te slap. Behalve 2 handdoeken was er niks. Er lagen nog tandenborstels in de kast van vorige gasten. We kregen een uitrijkaart voor parkeerplaats de Grote Markt voor 6 euro. Maar als we zelf hadden betaald had het ons maar 4,80 gekost. We hadden geen hoge verwachtingen want we hadden de reviews gelezen. De prijs-kwaliteit komt daarom wel overeen.

Não teve nada de bom . Pessimo fiz a reserva para o dia 19 e no site marcava que eu poderia chegar até as 23:00 pois minha esposa estava pra chegar no aeroporto então chegamos lá as 22:30 pois não havia ninguém lá pra nós receber , tive que ir pra outro hotel pagando 113 euro por uma noite e no sábado dia 20 fomos ao hotel e disseram que minha reserva havia sido cancelada pois não entrei na sexta feira dia 19 aí com muito custo me arrumaram um quarto fixa a reserva para uma cama de casal me colocaram em duas camas de solteiro , não gostei e pra piorar não havia aquecimento no quarto e nem água quente foi uma pessima experiência

Eu não gostei desde o atendimento até a minha saída do hotel eu vou entrar onde for pra que seja ressarcido o que eu paguei não gostei do que aconteceu , prome uma coisa e fazem outra totalmente o contrário , eles ainda me pediram pra fazer uma boa avaliação eu estou sendo , sincero. Quero meu reembolso total e não tem como eu indicar vocês pra ninguém

Kamers waren enorm vies! Opnieuw een kamer gekregen, wederom weer een vieze kamer. Bij terugkomst bij de receptie kregen we geen reactie meer en kwamen ze ons niet helpen! We hebben op dat moment zelf nog een ander hotel geboekt

While the interior is dated, the room was clean, has a fridge and TV, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in the city center. There is free parking on the street between 18:00 and 09:00. It's a good hotel for budget travelers.

Ideal situation in centre of city. Great value for money. For the amount paid it was very good indeed.

It smells like smoke in the hallways. There is no room cleaning and no iron. The beds are really hard en the wifi is bad

Wifi coverage was poor and weak. No air-conditioning, no room service, all your getting is a room with bed and toilet. If your room is not clean when your entering, be sure to speak up, and get a change of rooms.
