The rooms were a generous size. Although a fairly big hotel, seemingly used by tour groups as well, it did not feel so big - rooms arranged aruond 2 different courtyards.
Convenient for visiting the Cheetah Foundation.
Our room (Room 1) didn't have hot water. When I mentioned this at checkout, they said I was the second person to raise this. She said I should have asked to go have a shower in another room... but it was late, I was tired, and I didn't need any hassle... The hotel wasn't full so they could have given us another room on check-in as they were aware of the problem.
The reviews talked about good food, but we thought it was average. The dinner buffet was busy, and there was only 1 dessert, placed in the middle of the mains.
Our rooms were close to the main road, so there was a lot of noise.

The property is excellent. Very relaxing
The shower was not cleaned. Found previous guest hair in the shower. The water had low presure
