Die Lage war perfekt. Sehr nah zur Fußgängerzone und der Altstadt, zum Hafen und fast direkt am Weg den Strand entlang.
Auto konnten wir vor der Tür kurz abstellen zum aus- und einladen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten weg und war mit Dauerkarte jederzeit zugänglich.
Die kleine Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und ich hätte problemlos kochen und backen können sofern ich das gewollt hätte. Alles sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichetet. Sogar jede Menge zusätzliche Decken, für alle die ein bißchen schnell frieren. Fernseher in Wohnbereich mit Netflix (sofern man einen Account hat) und noch ein kleinerer in einem der Schlafzimmer, für die Fernsehjunkies ;)
Ein Bäcker ist fast gleich um die Ecke und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt.
Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich hat auch das angrenzende Schlafzimmer mit gekühlt was sehr angenehm war.
Das Haus selber ist sehr ruhig. Man sollte nut nicht gerade hinfahren, wenn Jetski Veranstaltungen und Tunaliciouse gleichzeitig stattfinden, wenn man etwas geräuschempfindlich ist. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört, da wir selber lange weg waren. Im Ort gibt es in sehr vielen Localen Plätzen Live Musik, was wirklich nett war.
Sollten wir wieder Urlaub in Porec machen würden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

The location is great. You can get by car to the front door, but have to park elsewhere (about 8 min walk away). The heart of the old town is just around the corner. The apartment is well supplied with everything one needs.
Carefully read the check-in instructions: Keys have to be picked up at a travel agency that is not nearby (though not very far either); do this BEFORE locating the place. Also, you cannot park anywhere near this travel agency while picking up the keys.
One other minor recommendation to the owners: Have the cleaning crew change the brand of cleaner; the whole apartment smeller badly of cleaner (almost like a toilet cleaner smell) and the smell persisted very long.
Note that there is no elevator; for people with difficulty walking it's quite a climb to the apartment.

It was very clean, they offered even vacuum cleaner (this means me a lot ☺️), very cosy and lovely. Apartment is only 3 min walk from main square and old city centre, 2 min from bakery, shop and first food restaurant. Free parking!!!
Windows are hard to close if you open both of them. TV is complicated to use. You need 3 remote controlers 😬 not for non- technical people like me 😆
