We had an amazing experience staying at this property. We even needed a locksmith for a door locked by one of our little ones and the owner helped us no problem.
Spacious and kid friendly. My one year old learned to walk in this house quickly because of the ranch style with no stairs.
The location was absolutely perfect for walking to the sunset at the beach off of Broadway almost nightly.
Hopefully will be making this an annual trip. Thank you for the memories!

Cozy and Comfortable!!!
The home was perfect for our family and pets! The layout was great for spending time together yet having privacy. Our two pups loved the yard and looking out the front door. The neighborhood was beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you, Kymberli, for sharing your home with us!

It was hot during our stay but the air conditioning was great, as were the ceiling fans. Many evenings and mornings were spent on the front porch watching the bikes and walkers. Lovely residential neighborhood with a few things within walking distance. Most things are a bike or drive with kids, but even then it would be only 5 minutes away. Had some trouble with the cleaning when we first arrived but the cleaners did a great job and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we would stay again. We made wonderful memories that week. Definitely recommend!

Second stay at this location
This is our second consecutive year at this location. We had another great stay. Having two full baths and separate beds for everyone is a huge plus for our family of 6. The location is quiet and peaceful which is also fantastic when you are tired at the end of the day. We like to bike everywhere and rarely took the car out. Everyday we biked to the beach and since it is flat it takes little effor.t. We also like to cook so even though the kitchen is small it is functional. Last year we find the home very clean but this year not as much. Kymberli quickly got back to us and offered to have it recleaned . He had another great time at this location and will come back again.

What an incredible home in West Cape May! From the moment you walk into this house, you feel like you’re home. The house was very clean, exactly the way it was described and it’s listening.

Great Location in a quiet neighborhood
Kymberli was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. This home is described well by Kymberli and by the reviews. We are a family of six and had plenty of space. It was great having 2 full baths. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids to bike and play outside. The yard is a good size and well shaded which we enjoyed on nights we cooked in. A quick bike ride to the beach, town, preserves, winery, farms, and CVS but also close enough to walk. Bike rental shop is two blocks away. The bike repair shop is less then a mile away and we used it several times on our stay. We sat on the front porch most mornings and evenings. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great location for a very reasonable price
It was our second stay with our grandkids at this property. Great location, very spacious house and definitely very reasonably priced. Its a quiet neighborhood but at the same time in a walkable distance to the beach and the downtown. The house is old but well maintained. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need and the dining room has a large table to accommodate everyone. Large family room - our grandkids loved to play there. Nice, large backyard. Kymberli is incredibly responsive and very easy to reach - she replies to texts and emails almost immediately. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay in this 4 bed, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is roomy enough for 2 family units to stay there because the layout was split with 2 beds & 1 bath at either side of the house with the kitchen, dining & family room inbetween. Kitchen was small but OK for preparing breakfast or a simple lunch. A/C and internet worked great. House was about 3-4 minute drive to Sunset Beach which is free & has a great snack bar/restaurant. Several good restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a gas station are about 1-2 minutes away. We're thinking about renting it again next year.

We love Cape May but finding an affordable house to rent for a week in this quaint beach town is so hard! Kymberli’s home was such a great option for us! It was affordable, it had four bedrooms, two baths, and a lovey backyard for or young kids to play in. The home is older but it had exactly what we needed and the location was fantastic. It’s a quick drive to the beach and close to the Washington street shops! Great covered front porch. We truly enjoyed our stay. I didn’t give a five star for cleanliness of property because of the array of landscaping stuff outside around the property while we stayed, but besides that the house itself was clean. We already booked our trip for next year!

Wonderful Family Vacation
I am very pleased with our choice to stay at this property. The home is cozy, great location with friendly neighbors and found the home had everything we needed. Kitchen had all the supplies you would find at your own home. Close enough to beach to walk and a short drive to the doggy beach area. We loved sitting out on the front porch to enjoy each others company and watching all the bikes and people walking by. Will definitely consider staying again.

Cozy and perfect location
Absolute great place to stay with the family! Great amenites, and close to everything. The house was comfortable for 7 people and a toddler. We Really enjoyed the board games and quiet neighborhood! The city was close, as well as the coast guard base for our sons graduation! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
