hotel is not bad.
parking lot is not comfortable. also i had very uncomfortable experience with the staffs. Maybe it is from their manager. when I arrived hotel they said I have to wait by 3pm because room was not ready so i accepted to wait 1 and half hours but they came to me around 2:30 and said “still your room is not prepared but if you want to early check in we can use other room now”.I asked to them what is different the room from booked room. She didn’t say clearly and i asked constantly “I would like to know different and then one lady came to me and said” this room is lower grade room but we offered to you with goodwill”. ok. if they offered with goodwill , why didn’t explain first and why didn’t say refund of price gap to me ? Still I believe they offered with purpose. When I asked they will refund gap to me or not, they say northing snd said it is for you .
