magnifique séjour dans un havre de paix luxuriant !

le petit déjeuner incroyable dans une ambiance très agréable. Le personnel acceuillant, l'architecture de l'écolodge est splendide ! la piscine pour les enfants avec cette cascade d'eau qui nous à permis d'en profiter toute la journée.

Hotel Popular lo único exclusivo es el precio.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, cómodas y en buen estado, la comida rica y meseros amables.

Cuando llegamos nos querían cobrar un 10%mas por el aseo en la habitación. Cuando los huéspedes se levantan en la mañana ya el hotel está completamente lleno por qué venden día por 25 dólares, no hay prioridad para los huéspedes, la piscina y los restaurantes son completamente llenos, ningún día pudimos tener espacio cómodos ya que desde la 7am empieza a tornarse el ambiente más popular. Para el precio que manejan deberían tener instalaciones aparte ya que una persona paga 25 dólares por pasar el día y el huésped paga casi 400 dólares por día es ilógico. El gentío es como arroz.

A beautiful place with exceptional views and accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful. A once in a lifetime stay!

Beautiful storybook location with an excellent restaurant.

The hotel itself is beautiful and amazing, the pool was great and the food was delicious. The free shuttle was great as well. The gentleman in the front desk was extremely helpful.

The girl in the front desk could have been more helpful and informed us of the different amenities. Certain employees were excellent others weren't. For example, we were the only ones at the restaurant in the evening but we had to go look for our waiter to be attended.

Todo me gusto, superó mis expectativas, mi boda será en ese lugar sin duda.

Las distancias de las habitaciones, pero vale la pena la vista.

No lo recomiendo.

El desayuno estaba bien. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sin embargo, tienen un pase del día que no es coherente con el precio de hospedaje, por lo que, llegan muchas personas a pasar el día y el espacio se llena mucho. Tienen una piscina solo para huéspedes pero no hay atención en esa zona y queda bastante largo del restaurante. No hay buen servicio al cliente. Sin duda tenia mas expectativas sobre este lugar y no lo recomiendo la relación precio calidad no vale la pena. No regresaría a hospedarme en este lugar.

La comida no es buena, se llena mucho de personas que solo pagan el pase del día (el cual es muy barato comparado con el precio de hospedaje), la atención del personal no es buena.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing. Extremely attentive. Knew details and remembered orders perfectly. The suite was phenomenal! Outdoor shower was a delight. The pool area was a highlight and the food and beverages were top notch!

It is a bit hard to drive up to but not bad once you have done it once. When it rains the walkways get very slippery especially if you are wearing flip flops. Took a bad tumble down a few steps and left with some bad bruises. This is a consideration if people have mobility concerns or any prior medical concerns.

This property is located up in the mountains . Very peaceful if you are looking to just relax .

On the site is says is close to the beach. The beach was not near at all . You have to walk down the hill about 6 miles to get to the beach. . Not close at at or take a shuttle bus that will taken about 20 min to get to the beach . If you are looking to be closer to the beach I would not recommend to stay here .

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.

pictures don’t do this place justice. it’s absolutely breathtaking ! great place to visit with our without kids. food, service, location and atmosphere were top notch. beware if you’re driving your own vehicle up, both roads are super sketchy. definitely utilize the shuttle service.

The property is super nice and the service is matching my expectations for the price i paid.

i was staying there one night and we came earlier to the place, girls on the reception allowed us to come inside which was nice but I didn’t like that no one let us know that you can go to the beach only twice per day at 9 am and 2 pm. So as a person that loves beach i was a bit disappointed because in the end we were able to use beach only the next day before check out. Also you can’t go to that beach on your car so you have to tell whoever is on the reception that you want to go and they have to put you on the list. Good that I checked with the other person on the reception in the evening because the girl that was helping us didn’t put us on the list even tho I repeated to her that couple of times. Also hotel gave us not the room i was booking. It was supposed to be double room. In the end we got one room. We had no view from the room even tho on booking it says that we will. And then the same girl on the reception was trying to convince me that I misunderstood. And the last, when we were visiting, the group of yoga people booked rooms at the same time that we were there and they requested that no men allowed to walk near their rooms ( from the words of the guard person) which was crazy. Because i wanted to walk on the property with my brother and the guard stopped us and told us that we have to come back because of that weird request. Owners should treat all their guests equal. I love the place but I don’t think ill ever come back there

Incredible hotel.

TreeCasa is an exceptional hotel. Its grounds are stunning. The rooms are super clean and gorgeous. The pool is amazing - our son swam for hours. The staff was kind and attentive.

Very good

Staff were all exceptional. Super polite and attentive.

The advertised hikes & horse rides proved a little difficult to organise. Unfortunatly they would also not let you hike without a guide. As there was only one guide and he had an injury this was far from ideal. Wasnt the end of the world though - i just perched up by the pool instead!

Great resort but not ideal for a romantic couple get-away.

The infrastructure, the food, the stuff and the activities are really nice. It was also very clean in the rooms and the restaurant. We booked an extra couple massage which we enjoyed a lot. We stayed in one of the houses which was very big, had a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed with good AC.

There is only one pool area available for all guests next to the restaurant with loud music. There were a lot of playing kids and limited sunbeds. We intended more a romantic calm weekend. Also the private beach of the hotel needs shuttle. On our check out we found out there is another very nice pool with amazing view in the upper area of the resort. Unfortunately only for private events. I would have wished this would be an adults only pool for all guests. To sum up, the resort is nice but not ideal for a relaxing couple get-away.

The employees were really helpful staff overall was great.

Time constraints, guess shouldn't have to worry about meeting a curfew while staying over night.
