The facility was compact but had everything.
Strong hot water, good AC, kitchen full of goods for breakfast.
The host was very kind, friendly and caring from the moment I arrived till the moment I left
The mattress is soft and I prefer stiff mattress.

Wonjderful hosts. From despair calling them, the woman was friendly, listening, helpful (twice) also guiding to find it in minutes promising all was ok, safe etc. Wonderful! Upon arrival the man host was smiling, accomodating, quick and efficient, helpful and reassuring. Amazing first hand impression. Exactly what guests need.
Place was super central. Still quiet despite being bang spot on central a 5 mins walk from central station. Amazing room with amazing bed/duvets. Big bath, balcony and as a real treat tiny fridge for water, biscuits and tea/coffee. Its so easy to put these few things in and TREAT your guests if guests fancy a cup in the morning before leaving.
Hosts were super. Explaining all and having thought of lugage storage for late departing guests. Highly recommended and Id consider using this couple and place again when coming to Napoli.
