Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Sehr gutes Essen, das Zimmer war wunderschön mit tollem Ausblick, Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, sehr gute Lage zum vilsalpsee

Unglaublich netter Empfang, familiengeführtes Unternehmen. Super Service.
Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt für die Halbpension. Wir hätten aber nicht zwingend das Abendessen im Hotel gebraucht, andere Optionen waren hier nicht buchbar. Abendessen und Frühstück waren aber sehr gut.

The hotel is very modern but in a traditional way which gives it a lot of charm.
The restaurant serves amazing local cuisine. It was a big surprise for one of us who never experienced Austrian cuisine.
The other excellent surprise was the spa which offers different options in a very stylish way.
Rooms are very comfortable, sound-proof with a large modern bathroom. Everything is super clean.
We think that the first impression is always the most important. After a very long journey from Belgium, we had a very rough landing at this place due to a very unwelcoming arrival. Owner picked a phone call that lasted more than 5 minutes without any regard at us, indication that she saw us. After formalities, we have reached the restaurant where nobody explained us the basics (same table everyday, buffet vs table service,…). The “chef de rang” has been very arrogant and rude at several occasions (for example disinfecting with spray the table next to us while we were still in eating hours). Staff should take example from another older chap who always has a very good mood and funny sentence for everyone.
Price of the drinks is high compared to other hotels, bars or hutte. 25% higher in a non justified way.
Pillows are a bit too hard.
