The check-in video was fantastic and easy to follow, the room was in a safe, quiet location, the lighting was perfect, the AC worked great, housekeeping staff was attentive to asking if I needed anything, and I loved that Netflix was available since a thunderstorm during my stay made staying in much wiser than going out. :)

I want to give the room a higher rating because of everything I did like about it, but the black mold in the shower, metal mattress springs poking into my ribs, and lingering cigarette odor detracted from the experience. If these issues were addressed, I would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable room in a central location, close to a main street and just 5min walking to the Aragonese castle. Communication with Salvatore was very nice and easy and he gave us good tips about the city.

Great, modern re-designed rooms, well and thoroughly refurbisehd in one of these great, old houses in the city centre, very nice bathroom. All very neat and clean. Very friendly host. Coupon for breakfast at a close by cafeteria

Only small windows, but this might be plus in summer
