这次入住整体体验不佳，因为前台处理包裹丢失让我非常失望。
该快递送达酒店时，快递公司提供的照片显示外包装是完整密封的。入住第二天酒店一度告诉我包裹找不到，入住第三天才将包裹送到我的房间，但外包装已经破损，里面少了商品，只有空盒。
整个处理过程中，酒店并没有积极配合调查，而是直接将责任归咎于快递公司，或要我直接问商家重发。没有认真回应我提出的疑问，也没有提供任何调查结果，只说没有监控，与他们无关。更让我无法和解的点是，这是我第二次入住这家酒店遇到包裹丢失问题，希望酒店能够完善代收和保管流程，避免其他住客遇到同样的情况。

front desk and laundry room service is excellent. breakfast is good and have many option.
if breakfast can keep fry egg warm and coffee machine working all the time, it will be excellent for foreign guests. looks like between room insulation is not that good. can clearly heard next room use water.
