Nice and cute place, very clean, really good breakfast, and a very nice host!
We got the cute room by the pool which we really, but if I have to say one thing there was no good space to put the suitcases since ours were to thick to fit under the bed.

The conservancy and the work they do was very interesting. Meeting the cheetahs and doing the behind the scene tour was awesome.
The rooms are a bit dated and we'd expected a bit more for the rates we paid. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - very average, poor service and actually we found one of the waitresses to be quite rude and disinterested. For a space of this value - it was very substandard.
We also were concerned for the dogs they are breeding on site - they looked very lonely and sad and we could not guage the quality of the dogs welfare and the level of breeding the dogs are subjected too.
Would actually recommend staying at some of the other lodges in Otjiwarongo at a quarter of the price, with better rooms, food, service and other amenities. Its only a 40 min drive to the sanctuary.
