Perfect location for visiting all of the shops and attractions.
Property had everything we needed and more and with a designated parking space.
We found some utensils, cutlery and cooking pans dirty and there was no proper grill to cook on.
We couldn’t get the heating to work but this was not a major problem and none of this small issues affected our fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment.

We have known and booked HH for years now. Excellent location and secure parking is top.
Little yet reported items not properly working or come loose have not been fixed for years now... The boiler room is used for laundry storage... So, time for a thorough revision of all items that are not fixed or not working as they could.

The location was ideal
It was freezing when we arrived, been driving for 4 hours, took a couple of hours to even warm up. Couldn't have showers as no hot water, this was a big issue as on timed and only seemed to get hot water for an hour in the morning. Tried pressing boost button as instructed but water still cold. Very annoying as wanted showers before we went out for our posh dinners we had booked Shower head held in place with a black bin liner!!! Carpets filthy. No mattress protectors, stains on mattresses. V few cooking utensils etc in kitchen. Could do with a good clean and sort out This is the second time we've had this with booking. com that's why we rarely use you now
