Great Villa !

We had a great stay at this villa on the Palm. The pool was nice, and you also have access to a private beach. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Umar was very helpful and assisted us during check in. Great service, and I would definitely book again.

Not satisfied , To be honest, this situation is not acceptable.

Location Staff cooperation and assistance

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the villa upon our arrival till today. Unfortunately, the villa was not clean at all. There was sand everywhere, including on the chairs and inside the bedrooms, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. In addition, the swimming pool was not ready for use and was under maintenance, which was not communicated to us in advance. We have also experienced issues with the air conditioning. As a result, instead of enjoying our vacation, we have spent our time cleaning the villa and dealing with these problems. This is causing significant inconvenience and stress during what should have been a relaxing stay. To be honest, this situation is not acceptable. We paid for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, but the villa was not provided in a suitable condition.

We had a great stay at this villa on the Palm. The pool was nice, and you also have access to a private beach. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Umar was very helpful and assisted us during check in. Great service, and I would definitely book again.
