We was in a room without balcony(basement studio). Room is great, with everything that you need on vacation.
Only two defects -
1) you hear everything from the room above you and beside you. Sometimes we can't fall asleep well.. That and combination with mosquitoes are only faults (should fix net on the windows) , but I belive that will solve for the next year.

Great modern apartments in the city centre at a short walking distance from shops and restaurants.
Our room was clean, well maintained and had a kitchenette.
We had to check in at a nearby hotel, 5 minutes away from our apartment on foot but that was not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations on where to eat etc.
